Getting Started
We think that your website should be a business tool. To begin, we'll need to learn about your business. Complete the Get Started Interview to take the first step toward your new website project. We'll ask for basic contact information (Privacy Policy) as well as some more in depth questions about your business.

Consultation
Once you complete the Get Started Interview, we will contact you using your preferred method (phone/email) to discuss the details of your project.

Recommendation
Based on the needs and opportunities identified in your consultation, we will recommend moving forward with a Dynamic Website Package, Custom Development, or both.

Budget Proposal
The costs associated with our recommendation will be estimated and reviewed. In most cases, your project can be scaled up or down to work within your budget.

Final Proposal
We will provide a sitemap defining the organization and structure of the project, an itemized estimate, payment terms, and a development timeline to complete your project. To move forward, we require a deposit before beginning the design and development stages.

Hosting & Domain Prep
If you don't have a domain name, no problem, we can help you purchase one. Once you have a domain, hosting for your site will be configured on our server, including email and site statistics. You will be able to watch the development of your site from start to finish at a private URL.

Content Creation
We will work with you to develop relevant and purposeful content for your project.

Custom Template Design
We build all our website templates from scratch, no cookie cutters. We'll begin by providing you with sample templates in a variety of styles (light/dark, modern/classic, bright/neutral). Working with these samples, we will create a design for your project that reflects your style.

Programming & Content Implementation
Once you're template is complete, we can begin implementing content, including text, graphics, multimedia, and dynamic elements. Whether you require interactivity with your users, a database, or both, we will develop the dynamic solutions that achieve your goals using PHP/MySQL, Javascript, AJAX, RSS and XML.

Website Launch
Launching your website includes 3 elements.
Uploading Your Files - We transfer your website onto your live server, making your site public to the world.
Search Engine "Submission" - Search engines are smart enough to find your site on their own, but we give them a little help by submitting a sitemap (a map of your site's contents). Administrative Review - We'll introduce you to your Admin Control Panel and RoundCube, our webmail program that lets you access your email from anywhere.
